Muslims Forum Condemns the Red Fort Bomb Blast in New Delhi

10th November, 2025: Muslims Forum expresses deep grief and strong condemnation over the bomb blast near Red Fort in New Delhi. We extend our heartfelt prayers for the victims, their families, and all those affected by this tragic incident. Violence of this kind is an assault on human life, public safety, and the peace of our country, and it must be rejected by every section of society.

We wish to make our position absolutely clear: Islam strictly forbids the killing of innocent people. The Qur’an teaches that every human life is sacred, and harming civilians or non-combatants is a grave sin. Islamic teachings emphasize that causing fear, chaos, or bloodshed among the general public is completely outside the boundaries of the religion.

The Quran also warns of severe consequences for those who take the life of an innocent person. Such an act is considered corruption on earth and is met with strong condemnation in the Qur’an. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) repeatedly instructed Muslims to uphold mercy, justice, and compassion, and to protect the weak, the vulnerable, and the innocent. His teachings promote peace, kindness, and peaceful coexistence and values that are at the heart of Islam.

Individuals who commit acts of terror, including bombings and attacks on civilians, are terrorists. Their actions have no connection whatsoever to Islam or the message of peace taught by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). These violent offenders follow an ideology that Islam completely rejects, and they cannot be associated with the faith in any way.

Muslims Forum urges law-enforcement agencies to investigate this incident swiftly and ensure that those responsible are held accountable. We also call upon citizens to remain calm, united, and committed to preserving harmony. Terrorism aims to divide society, and unity is our strongest response.

Islam stands firmly for peace, dignity, and the protection of human life. Muslims across the nation stand united against terrorism in every form.
