Chapter 31: Surah Luqman (سورة لقمان) - Simple English Translation

Chapter 35: Surah Fatir (سورة فاطر)

1. ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ جَاعِلِ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلًۭا أُو۟لِىٓ أَجْنِحَةٍۢ مَّثْنَىٰ وَثُلَـٰثَ وَرُبَـٰعَ ۚ يَزِيدُ فِى ٱلْخَلْقِ م ...

51. وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ
And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten.

52. قَالُوا۟ يَـٰوَيْلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا ۜ هَـٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَصَدَقَ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ

26. قِيلَ ٱدْخُلِ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ۖ قَالَ يَـٰلَيْتَ قَوْمِى يَعْلَمُونَ
It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know

27. بِمَا غَفَرَ لِى رَبِّى وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ
Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored."

28. وَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ قَوْم ...

Chapter 36: Surah Ya-Sin (سورة يس)
Meaning: Yā-Sīn (Arabic letters) | Total Verses: 83 | Revealed In: Mecca (Makki Surah)


1. يسٓ
Yā-Sīn.

2. وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
By the wise Qur’an,

3. إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Indeed you, \[O Muhammad], are from among the messengers,

4. عَلَىٰ صِر ...

42. ٱللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى ٱلْأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَٱلَّتِى لَمْ تَمُتْ فِى مَنَامِهَا ۖ فَيُمْسِكُ ٱلَّتِى قَضَىٰ عَلَيْهَا ٱلْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ ٱلْأُخْرَىٰٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍۢ مُّسَمًّى ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَـٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and ...

21. أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ فَسَلَكَهُۥ يَنَـٰبِيعَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرْعًۭا مُّخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَٰنُهُۥ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصْفَرًّۭا ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُۥ حُطَـٰمًۭا ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ
Do you not see that ...
